How about changing the rules to allow shots in the merge in roe 1 and 2?
Why? If head on shots are allowed any other time, whats the difference?

As far as I know they are not allowed due to connection issues early in the flight.

They were allowed in ROE 2 but then a patched made the early connection even worse so they were not allowed in ROE 2 either.

I think the fight should be on from "in the pit" provided the connection is stable enough.

It would be a problem due the the "pause" bug on the merge for the non-hosting pilot...that was the reason for the rule way back when it was first instituted...as I recall

As long as the pause is there on the first merge we need to keep it cold. Maybe patch 1.10 will help.
