Anyone with Flash Movie HTML/Javascript experience

Hi guys,

I'm putting together a page that contains BUFF's video, in flash format.
Whilst I am able to get the movie to play, I can't get the controls (play, pause, stop, volume, etc) to show.
Is there anyone here who has had some experience with this sort of thing that could check my code or give me some advice?

Is this going to be a splash page? If so why not just add a skip button and have the file play on load?

For most sites I don't link directly to the main page, so that I can skip the flash splash page, but I always check them out when I first show up.

Went to sleep, and when I came back to it, I figured out what was wrong. Seems the size of the rectangle I was allowing was not tall enough. So now the play controls are there.
