Secure Falcon updated for use with Patch 108

In the Rules drop down list you will see a new entry:
F4AF International Dogfighting League
F4AF 108 Dogfighting League
F4AF Dogfighting League (Spectators Mode)
F4AF Napoleon's Playground
The overall rules for Patch 108 are the same as Patch 107 as used by the DFL
